So, after multiple emails saying my PayPal debit card was declined, while I’m over here thinking it’s a scam email per usual, Paypal decided to change their rules with the debit card/bank acct link????? I never received one single notice regarding this change! I can tell others in the forum may have not either by the sound of their inquiries. I am beyond upset and frustrated. I’ve spent my morning trying to figure this out. Now I have multiple accounts without payment because of this. Maybe PayPal when you sent your email you could elaborate a bit. Or better yet send out that this change is happening so the lay WE the PayPal community. Your customers! Could have time to update our records so this freaking fire drill would’t happen. Heads up! You can still send a message out after the fact. I’m sure people are losing their minds and will continue to because 1) your chat bot is worthless Maybe one of the reasons is this such action causing credit card declines. Stupid AI🙄 2) Nobody ever answers or calls back when you call the number Fix this!
