We are 30 year old active and respected 501(c)3 charity. Fully wetted by paypal itself! here is what we get trying to access paypal giving fund dashboard or any other section... Calling support we get - We do not see any issue but CAN NOT provide support for PayPal Giving Fund!!!! Sending email to PayPal - results in NOTHING! Aw, nuts. You're not eligible to enroll. It looks like your charity is a supporting organization or a private non-operating foundation. Per our User Agreement, these charity types aren't eligible to enroll. If you feel our information is wrong, contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.
