Hello, I got my account permanently limited, I have received and email saying that the reason is that the account was created before the age of 18, the thing is that my father was the one who made me the account a while back and I never used until recently, there was no balance nor connected cards/banks, basically a fresh account, until after I reached 18. Would that be reason enough to undo the limitation? If so, how can I contact the support? The only way available in my region is Message Center, but I am unable to use it after the limitation, and I keep getting 'We cannot connect you to a live agent at the time' on the social media platforms. If not, how do I get the money that is currently held in the account? Thanks!
