We have tried all of those steps. The transaction was made on October 27th and according to PayPal my only hope is to wait until November 17th. My customer and i have spent hours on the phone with paypal trying to fix this issue. The whole situation is embarrassing that I have to put my customers thru this and it has their project on hold. And every rep has us do the same steps even tho I ask them to read the notes on my account to see what had been tried already.
