I've had numerous notifications of log ins from other counties in the UK. It's worried me and made no sense so on each occasion I have changed my password. It turns out that I didn't need to have woried. It looks as if Pay Pal's system is floored and doesn't actually know where the log on was made. I've set up 2 part log in anyway, just in case I ignore an actual hack, that I mistake as an error in Pay Pal's system.
