I made online purchases with Next & ASOS and was debited same time ,only to see the same charges weeks later on my card linked to PayPal with "VISA Pre Auth b/o 23.11.2023 PAYPAL *ASOSCOMLTD ". Raised dispute on resolution center but my complain was rejected. Pls Help
