Hello everyone. I have just tweeted as follows: Well this is weird. @PayPal have just "permanently limited" my account. They don't explain why. I hardly use it. My few transactions are wholly legit: subscriptions, charities etc. Anyone else had this experience? @AskPayPal @PayPalUK is this any way to treat your customers?
