Hello, I am writing to you from Ukraine. The problem is this: I created a PayPal account in which my documents and bank card were confirmed. But I forgot about it and when I needed to make a transfer from Canada, I went to PayPal and created a new account to which the funds were sent to me. To withdraw to the bank card, I needed to confirm my identity and I sent my documents that were previously linked to my an old account that I forgot about and now having money in the account, the system blocked me, mistaking me for a fraudster. How can I prove that it is me, and how can I remove permanent restrictions from my account?
