Thank you for the response. The transaction has been completed and we have received the items, but PayPal STILL haven't refunded me the amount taken. I recently had a transaction processed then refunded through PayPal but 2 days later they took the funds from my bank account!! Then I tried to contact them using that absolutely useless assistant thing they have and it was pointless! How do you talk to a human and resolve this issue so I can get my money back??
