I need help because I can't find a solution or the necessary information for my case.
On 13 December 2023 some money was withdrawn from my bank account for a recurring payment. The seller agreed to give me a refund and I saw that he made this refund to my paypal account. The status of the transaction in my paypal account is COMPLETED and yet the money has not entered into my bank account. What is the problem? When the money will enter into my bank account? What is the procedure I have to follow to solve this problem?
