Hi everyone, i really need help to set up this PayPal Account! Ive been trying to use PayPal for YEARS and every time i log in and try to use it i cant seem to get it to work. I finally created a new account to try from the beginning and i ran into the same issue, i cant receive money from anyone ?!?! Its so strange because i can make payments without an issue. Ive reached out to my bank and they've said that they don't limit PayPal in any way so whatever issue im facing has to be from PayPal itself. My country of residence is North Macedonia. Is that the issue? Is it because im in Macedonia? I thought we were past these problems even in 3rd world countries. It feels like everything should be working fine i just cant seem to get it to work, can anyone out there thats fixed this issue help me?
