I ordered an appliance for my computer from a verified seller. Upon paying, I chose the "Pay later" button below the usual "Pay" button. I need my money this month as I'm taking two trips I've already planned for. However, upon going through with the purchase and expecting to pay only around £118 of the roughly £350, I was surprised to see the full amount had been taken from my bank account, leaving me with practically no money. So, I looked it up, and I was led to this forum where I scanned multiple posts. Yet, they all had something that differed from my situation: the payment for them is marked as "pending" on PayPal. Yet, for me, the payment is marked as "completed", and I don't see a secondary "Pay in 3" payment. It just says the full amount has been sent, and completed. My bank says the singular transaction is pending, but that's normal considered the payment was just made. Seeing other people's input on this has made me very nervous - how they didn't get their money back after this and all that. Do I have a right to be worried here? Something doesn't seem right.
