Hi I've been trying to report a fraud on me by a Chinese Company on Paypal. I cant login to Paypal because after I correctly enter my U/N and Password, the system wants to send me a message to an old and outdated number. That number no longer exists. There is no way to specify my new Mobile number. Login hinges on Paypal sending a message to the wrong number I listed years ago. My only other option (I think) is to call Paypal in the US. I tried that but was left waiting over 5 minutes on an international call from South Africa. I've gone through all the suggestions by the Paypal community to login but none of them work.
