No I am almost no using paypal. Only once or two time per year when I pay for service on any store or i dont know amounts like 5-50e max. I dont know about any limitation. always when i click on close account they give me this: Before you close your account… There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it. But their customer service is like .... i am better not saying. really i just want quit this service and they will never met me again.
