This has been happening lately with random customers to my online business. Not all of them, only some. Not all new Customers and some that have been buying regularly from me for years using PayPal. It does not give them a reason for the sudden change. I'm not sure if it is every time they use PayPal either. Its frustrating and expensive, particularly if they do not reach out for another method of payment. Customer often assume it is an issue with my end of the payment, but I have not been able to replicate it from other Customer Accounts, so it is not. I need a solution for them to try and I need it quickly.
