The experience extremely tortures me. My account was hacked yesterday, my email was removed and replaced by the hacker, then I can't log in anymore. Call or send messages to customer service absolutely doesn't help and I realize how inefficient the service is. Things happened like this: I saw my account add a new email, and I soon realized someone was hacking my account. I tried to log in and took it back, but obviously, the email I used to log in was removed. I called CS immediately and reported the email (used by hacker) to them. They said the account is under Taiwan, I have to call Taiwan CS. Ridiculously, it clearly says on the page that we have to send a message if you are outside Taiwan. That's really funny, cause the message I send can only be read by the UK side. WTF?? Some really easy solutions, 1. They can ask the Taiwan side to call me, 2. Give me the email address of the Taiwan side, 3. Ask the Taiwan side to read the messages I send in the systems. Even though I told them these solutions, they didn't want to help me. Really sad. TBH, the CS is not trying to help you. They will send can messages to you and ask you to call the Taiwan side again.
