I'm really at a loss here. A site that I used before (called Madrinas Coffee) suddenly decided to remove "Portugal" as one of the listed countries. It allowed me to log in through PayPal to confirm my address, which was what I did. It still gave me an error so I was not able to proceed with the purchase (as no shipping costs could be added). I then checked my bank statements and saw a pending 43.41€ amount from PayPal. The thing is, there is no such transaction on my account's payment history here on PayPal. I didn't even receive an e-mail from either the website or PayPal. But my money is gone off my card. I've tried to reach out to the shop's customer support but no reply was given. is there anything that I can do? There's no actual "proof" that my money was spent outside of the bank statement (ANU AUT XXXX PAYPAL MAD...). I could ask my bank for a chargeback, but I don't want to jeopardize my PayPal account as a result. Please, I really need some help here!
