Hello Dear Paypal Community! Situation in theory is simple: my withdraw went to the wrong bank account on my acc, I had two, one is closed for +/-3 years, I called the bank the next day, they traced down the transaction, they said it was rejected by them, since account is closed. Here comes the fun part: I called Paypal CS, they said they see the transaction is completed, but if it rejected I whould wait 30 days, by that time I would receive the refund for sure. 45(!) days passed as of today, and they still say, they cannot see anything related about the refund, meanwhile I went down personally to my bank, asked a manager, we sat behind her PC and she showed me the transaction was rejected on the 19th of January, so I saw it with my eyes. Paypal CS still said they only see transaction is in completed status but he will escalate the transaction to some "team". now this has happened around 14 days ago and still nothing. I have zero idea what to do. By bank said, that the Sender (Paypal) have all the tools to track down my money, trace it, start a money recall and so on. I even went on my personal investigation and found out that Paypal has a domestic bank as the account holder, for the currency exchange for the transactions and there is a possibility that my bank, when the funds were rejected, it went there, I told this Paypal, they just said thank you they will forward this to the "team" where my issue is escalated. Nothing happening, just nothing. if it would be $100 I would say by now I don't really care, but we're talking about almost $10k. Anyone has any idea what should I do? Should I call them every day or mail them every day and ask about the situation or anything else, which makes them actually look into this issue other than telling me to wait? I'm out of my energy, ideas and my money....
