I'm experiencing an issue with my transaction. I have several customers who purchased my digital products through PayPal. I have sent the digital products to their respective email addresses, according to their orders. However, within a few days, they filed claims stating that the transactions were unauthorized. I have several issues here:
My PayPal balance has become negative because of this refund. Can I ignore it as long as I process the refund rejection from my customers? and i have some money holded by paypal, will this affect the holded money by paypal?
I have provided evidence to PayPal showing that I have sent the files to my customers. Is this evidence sufficient?
Will the balance in my bank account be automatically deducted because my PayPal balance is negative? I have linked my bank card to my PayPal account. Thank you for the help !
