I recently got sent 40 dollars from an art commision im doing for my friend and i noticed the money was on hold for up to 21 days. This hasnt happened before with a payment i got a few days before which gave me the money immediately. I tried to fix it but nothing worked, although i noticed paypal thinks im trying to ship something to the person who sent me the money. Is there any way to fix this?
