Hi! On 26th March, I withdraw the balance in my PayPal balance to my bank account but on 27th it sends me a notification that it was declined and it was resend to my PayPal wallet, so I rewithdrawal it and yet on 28th March, its still declined, is it my PayPal problem? Or is there any other problems or stuff I need to be addressed of? Please help thank you in advance!
