I am absolutely furious with PayPal right now! Here is what happened: I noticed a lot of suspicious transactions that were happening on my account which were all from October even though I 100% know I never made any transactions that month. I also noticed that some of my account details were being changed such as my email and phone number even though I never changed it. With all this concerning activity happening in my account, I went to the resolution center and sent a dispute over these issues. Instead of helping me to resolve this issue, PayPal stated they found no evidence of unauthorized use after reviewing the dispute and later on limited my account for not providing more details on transactions I had no involvement in making. I was frustrated with PayPal's lack of assistance but I decided to try again by calling customer service where I explained everything that happened. Afterwards they sent a dispute to PayPal for me and I hoped this meant PayPal will finally resolve all these issues I was having. PayPal did take action but rather than helping me in resolving all my issues with my account, they instead decided to permanently limit my account. I am extremely upset because I went to PayPal for help but they did nothing but punish me instead. Normally I would just ignore this and move on but I can't because using PayPal was very convenient for online shopping especially since there are a lot of sellers and sites that only accept paypal which is why I can't let this go until PayPal reverses the permanent limitation on my account.
