As of right now, Brainety has offered me 30% back on what they illegally took from my PayPal account, and more recently, 50%. PayPal has been useless in this matter. Today, I researched alternatives to PayPal. There are several. But I think I need to keep my PayPal account open at least until I recover my money. (I have had a long and uncomplicated relationship with PayPal, but it appears they are going in a new direction. My case is a single charge of $38. I feel bad for others who did not catch on to this theft for many months.
