I have a Paypal credit current balance of £1,500.75. Is this money that is my money or PayPals credit? Available balance £0... I have 3 payments under 'Promotional offers' A few days ago I pressed on 'make a payment', 'other' & added a sum from my bank account. The 'Promotional offers' remaining balance hasn't changed but the current balance has? Can anyone help, I'm clearly clueless
