I'm experiencing an issue with my account where I've reached a certain income threshold, and I've been notified to update my business information. I promptly provided all the required documents, such as my Letter of Authorization (LOA), but despite being told I'd receive a response within three days, I haven't heard back. I've opened multiple tickets inquiring about the status, each time being told to wait an additional three days. Despite their assurances, I still haven't received any resolution. I even reached out via phone, only to be told to wait another 72 hours. All of my transactions are currently on hold, and this situation is causing me significant inconvenience. If anyone with authority could kindly look into my case, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
