I am really looking to do this. I am stateside and hold a Euros balance. I want to send Euros to a friend in Spain (Euros account), but it charges me a fee ? for a 10Euro transfer it was almost a 1 Euro fee. (.87 Euro) for 100 Euros, it was over 4% fee. Can't I just send her my Euro balance to her Euro account. It is Euros to Euros? Please advise. stay advenutorus, Craig
