Inside of my system that is connected fine to PayPal, now I'm getting an error when I try to cancel or refund a customer's recurring payment. I can't cancel it for them. Why is this happening? and how to fix this? Also, is there a phone number for merchant technical support? I submitted a case but I don't see any updates, or a way to call them. Please help!! Thanks,
