A few months ago, I set my preferred method to be sent to my preferred visa card. I even made sure to switch over the subscriptions and future charges and also selected through Paypal to mark it as my preferred method since I hardly check Paypal and I don't want to miss a payment. However, I just happened to check my Paypal account today and realized that my Paypal Cashback card has been used for any and all online purchases on my account when I specifically made sure it wasn't. I also checked my preferred methods for online purchases through my account settings, and it is set to my Visa. So, when I go through a merchant website and select Paypal as my safe checkout, it should charge my visa, but it doesn't. It always charges after the submission is made to paypal cashback. I don't know how to change it. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
