I am having issues sending an invoice and have tried the chat option several times and they cannot help. I am getting the message that this invoice cannot be processed, contact Paypal customer support. I have re created the invoice in separate browsers to no avail. My wife has sent a similar invoice from her Paypal account with no issues... exact info as my invoice just a different amount. My paypal account is relatively new so I am wondering if there may be something I need to do to be able to send the invoice.
