I have three numbers - all listed as Primary. Documented processes don't work, and the chtbot just sends a FAQ and then offers to pass to a person. The person just repeatedly gives the FAQ and says I need to add a new number, ignoring the point about all numbers being primary and theat I now only have one number. The invalid phone number is in use by somebody else, so this is a security risk. I have had enough of this. After 21 years, it may be time to delete my PayPal account. I will see if any new suggestion come out in the next couple of days, and if not, PayPal is gone for me.
