Going through the same thing had a fraudulent charge reported at. They were refused to give me my money. Back. Reported it again told me on the phone. It would be paid back then the next day. My whole PayPal account was changed as far as charges. What was paid where how much was paid? Said the refunds were given when refunds for even had the merchant from the store that the fraudulent charge was made from confirmed that I did not make that charge. And they did not have it and PayPal. Tells me that I made it and I have to eat the lost money. On top of that, the customer service supervisor refused to give me her name accept for Rebecca. And then refuse to also give me the corporate office number to help me solve my issue. And just kept telling me that I was a liar. And I made the charge absolutely unacceptable I'm on a fixed income a $100. Is that big deal to me? It may not be to PayPal but they should at least take care of their customers and do what they're supposed to do and keep your [Removed] safe. And if not, repay what they let get stalled in. Not help people still your money. And then accuse you of lying about it when you have screenshot and third party proof that it was not you.
