From PayPal tech support (via phone). They acknowledge that the problem is on their end. The onscreen text/instructions are WRONG. Here's how to make it work. Open the Zettle app. Click Staff login enter the email address for the staff user On the next screen (and this is where PP has a known error in input field labels) In the field that says email or phone INPUT THE STAFF USER ID (not the email address) In the password field, enter that staff user password.
