I am facing the same issue. I haven't received the OTP code to confirm my Dubai phone \ number and open a new account. I have another two acc. I want to open one to connect to my Dubi bank account. I am very disappointed; there is no way to contact customer service as you need to log in to your account for it. However, if you don't have one, There is no phone to call; maybe we should go to the headquarters here in Dubai personally to get an answer. I am thinking about doing this. I am now trying to add the phone number to my other account and see if I can link my bank account or card. Very disapponted
