I believe I’ve fallen victim to a scam. I made a payment of around $400 to purchase a scooter online, but after more than ten days, I haven’t received any shipping information. I did some research on the website I purchased from, “global reach shop,” and found that many sources indicate it is a fraudulent site. The order is still pending in PayPal. Is there anything I can do to cancel the payment and resolve this issue? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
