I used to be able to send money from my Chinese account with my unionpay to my British PayPal account but now it isn't working. The card was removed and added and shows in my PayPal wallet as confirmed. When I try to send money, it says I need to add a payment method. I have waited a week after adding the card and still nothing has changed. Can anyone help me fix this please?
