I am an American expat permanently living In Australia . I received an email from PayPal that my SSN was used to open a PayPal business account. There were 3 phone numbers in the email. One was disconnected the other 2 gave connection verbal errors. I used voip magic jack using an Arizona number. I could not find a way to report this on PayPal.com. I have no payment or other item that fell into one of the reporting categories. I have emailed Phillipines social security for my SSN problem. I may call them on voip. I was concerned with how a hacker was able to open a business account with only an SSN.
