I was charged 68.17 on my account for my VS order. Yet, they cancelled and item, so it was now 50.14. I didn't get a notification of my refund I was suppose to get due to cancellation. I appealed my case to PayPal, but the sided with the merchant. Does the money magically reappear on your account or what?
