I was deliberately scammed, 1st I reported the case when the seller is not sending me the item, then seller sent it after i filled the complain but then asked me every time to remove the case since I have the tracking number already (sent by the seller) out of Goodwill I have canceled the case; now the item got delivered to me but it is not the same as I ordered; it is just worth $15 dollars maximum. and what we agreed and ordered was worth $4000 USD and paid that amount already. Now I re-filled the complain to PayPal but my case was closed and I am not able to re-open it again. also PayPal is asking me to upload the document that I sent the parcel back to sender... In Need help as I don't want to loose my hard earned money. please as deadline to upload document is on November 8, 2024. Thank you for helping
