I am writing to you with utmost frustration and anger over the appalling and unprecedented level of poor service I am facing with you. Where is the payment confirmation button? It has disappeared, leaving me to wonder: is this a random occurrence, or do you have a new policy intentionally designed to obstruct transactions and seize customers' funds under the guise of "security measures"? It's been 48 hours of this nonsense, and all I’ve received is futile contact with "customer support," which, quite frankly, might as well not exist. The only response I received was empty, merely advising me to "just wait." As for the payment, I now have to wait 21 days for it to reach the recipient, as if my money is being held hostage without justification, and there isn’t even an option to reclaim it. Is this the level of service you pride yourselves on? Have you really begun treating customers as mere funding sources with no respect or regard? This is blatant money withholding, and your refusal even to refund payments is nothing short of a continuation of theft from us.
