I set autopay conversion settings to "convert with my bank", and autopay went well for years. But everything was ruined from October 17th. I got extra charged and my paypal receipt showed this: PayPal's Conversion Rate: 1.0000 CNY = 0.1344 USD Converted From: ¥119.03 CNY Converted To: $16.00 USD This rate includes a currency conversion spread. What is going on? When will autopay rate return to normal?
