Sorry not true. Up until about 6 months ago I never had an issue doing this now I do. I don’t know The reasons and to me, it seems to be contrary to PayPal’s stated rules. I don’t have any problem paying with my card at any merchants, but I am continually denied trying to add them to a PayPal account or even pay through a business that is using PayPal.
