I ordered a yarn Merino sock Advent Calendar which I was under the impression was coming from USA to UK.. when it arrived it was total trash...asked the seller for my 14 days money back guarantee and they offered me £2 refund..them £4 refund..I declined...opened a PayPal dispute and the seller wants it returned then they will issue refund of £28...problem being the seller is in Hong Kong and its £22 postage from UK...any advise on what I can do..I got 12 days to decide before paypal close the dispute ...I.m fuming..I feel scammed...
