I have not received ONE of my 20% Uber Eats or 10% Doordash cash back rewards since opening my card in September! Since then, I have spoken to PayPal at least 16 times on the phone (and you cannot speak to anyone in the rewards department because they don't have a tongue in their head). I've had useless supervisors call me back saying the same thing, and I've emailed PayPal rewards about 30+ times with copies of every single screenshot of every transaction including video screen recordings of me making a transaction that promises a 20% or 10% cash back. I have spoken to a lawyer who says I have a very strong case for Paypal's breach of terms and will be pursuing legal action if I do not receive my promised cash back deals. I have received the pitiful 5% points, which PayPal has no problem in giving, but they don't want to give me the $100+ of cash back for my nearly 40 transactions. I'm posting here in the hopes that there may be just one competent employee of PayPal who is monitoring the forum who might have a modicum of initiative to help resolve this ongoing (soon to be legal) issue.
