Just won an auction on ebay, click the "pay now" button and I get " We can't process your PayPal payment." then it shows ""error code 70266 permission denied" Tried this on two diiferent PCs at two different locations. Same result. I can login to my PayPal account just fine. More than enough balance available. Why can't I Pay????
