My PayPal account is glitched. Whenever I try to remove or edit my phone number it does not delete my phone number. I put a dot beside the number I want to delete, I click "Remove", I get the confirmation page that says "You are about to remove your phone number: XXX-XXX-XXXX.. Are you sure you want to remove this number?". I click "Remove". Then on the next page it says "You have successfully removed a phone number." ... but the phone number is still there. So I thought I would try to outsmart it and chose the phone number I wanted to delete but then chose "Edit" this time rather than remove. I put in my new phone number, clicked "Save" but rather than updating the number, all it does is add the new number again; the old number is still there. Last night I called PayPal to ask if they could remove my old phone number but they couldn't do it either. The girl tried for about 15 minutes and she was unable to remove it. She said she marked the number invalid but the number still shows on my account. This error only happens on one of my phone numbers, any other phone number I add to the account will delete like it's suppose to. So is there a way PayPal can go into my account from the backend and delete this phone number? It's no longer a valid number and I get annoying from seeing several unnecessary lines of the same invalid phone number on my account.
