I have paid and received for goods . But payment hasn't been released by PayPal. Is it because they are a new customer to PayPal? Or should I be doing something my end? I can't see a received button ... View more

I advertised my car on gumtree. I had a person wanting to buy but couldn't view it in person This made me worried. They wanted to pay by pay pal is this safe? Is this a scam ?   What rights do they have buying through paypal What if they not happy with my car and ask for the money back ?
