I've used Paypal for years without any trouble, however the last few weeks it has been a nightmare. It will not let me send payments for ebay items, items for stores such as New Look etc. I have several cards on the account and money in my Paypal account however at random times i'm getting the message "payment cannot be authorised" or this card can't be used try another. I have contacted my bank and there is no block on any cards so cannot see why there is a problem.
