What it adds up to is Paypal is going to make thousands of dollars a day in intrest from the free use of our money for 21 days or more. Overall in one year they stand to make millions of dollars a year from this practice

Paypal is going to **bleep**. 1st THEY REFUSE TO PAY US OUR MONEY ON TIME AND HOLD IT TO MAKE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A DAY IN INTREST AND EXPECT US TO SHIP OUR MERCHINDISE OUT AND HOPE WE GET PAID. NOW OUR CUSTOMERS AND OURSELFS CAN'T EVEN MAKE PAYMENTS COSTING ALL OF USE MORE MONEY OR LOSSING THE ITEMS WE WISH TO PURCHASE OR GETTING BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE WE CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT. SO TELL ME PAYPAL WHAT GOOD ARE YOU

I am trying to buy Facebook credits but Paypal will not send the funds unless I add an additional card. Which I did and they still are asking for an additional credit card. I tried to use instant transfer from my bank (funds are available) same thing. Tried using Ebay credit (credit available) same thing. Tried to use other 2 listed credit cards (credit available) same thing. I bought the same credits about 2 weeks ago and had no problems now nothing but problems. What's up?????????????????????????????? AND PLEASE DON'T RESPOND WITH THAT BULL ABOUT SECURITY. 1ST YOU HOLD OUR MONEY FOR 21 DAYS OR MORE SO YOU CAN MAKE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A DAY IN INTREST AND SAY WE HAVE TO SHIP OUR PRODUCT OUT AND HOPE YOU SEE FIT TO PAY US. Like I beleive you guys. You either work for them are own shares. As in other posts I have read anybody that reads this post contact CNN, Fox News, CBS, NBC, ABC, The New York Times etc. The BBB and your congressmen about this illegal activity. Cnn and Fox are investigating Also gert a hold of your State Attornet General and keep informed about a possible class action suit being looked at out of CA. They may want to cheat their customers but they will have to answer to pressure by the media and the govt.

Yah red I notice you all over the posts defending Paypal illegal activity. If Paypal is willing to cheat their customers do you think they would be willing to not identify themselves as employees. You and user must not have jobs as it seems like all you do is defend Paypals illegal activity. I notice you both don't touch the fact that Paypal is going to make thousands of dollars a day by illegally holding their customers money by intrest and the intrest free use of this money they are holding. You just want to skip over that. And the fact they are not informing the person exactly why their money is being held besides this crap it is a secret and you can't know specificly why they are holding your money. I notice everybody is complaining but you and user of course Paypal won't hold the money of their employees now will they

I did find out that there was a class action lawsuit in which paypal was ordered to pay 9.1millon for EFTA (Electronic funds transfer act) violations. I just ended my call after having my call routed to Ebay and having a customer service rep. by the name of Alan tell me that they randomly choose sellers "to put a hold" on incoming funds and my case will be re-reviewed in 35 days. I asked him at least 5 times why they chose me to place a hold on and he straight up said it is random and could not give me any other information. I am really **bleep** now and I dont take kindly to people messing around with me because they can. You want a fight, You got one now PayPal!!! I will be getting ahold of a friend of mine that is an attorney to see if he will look into this. Trust me if there is a dollar to be made he will find it!! I also will be calling the BBB and the EFTA, I do not think it is right for a company to "randomly" choose customers to pick on. Search for class action suit on this forum apparently lawyers are looking at this and planning a class action suit. I suggesteverybody join. Of course readuseragreeme you know about this already. You say you don't work for Paypal but you seem to be on every topic about Paypal cheating their customers defending them Or do you work for Ebay

Count me in. Paypal is going to make thousands of dollars a day from intrest and free use of our money. If this was lawful they would be willing to give every person a reason why they are holding the money specific to that person instead they say they don't have to because the reason is a secret. It is a secret because it is fraud and unlawful. I have been a member for 7 years have over 250 all 100% positive ( of course this does not count more then 1 from each buyer) and zero I repeat zero problems or complaints and all feedback indicates good contact and fast shipment. Find out more on this class action. This is a scam by Paypal to make thousands of doallers a day by unlawfully holding our money and collecting intrest and use of our money for free. If this is lawful why are they hiding the reason they are holding the funds. If they are acting lawful they should be willing to tell each person the exact reason they are having their money held. They won't because they are acting illegally. I have been with Paypal for 7 years and zero complaints of problems feedback of over 250 all 100% good. And I don't sell in high risk areas. But my money is being held for no reason. Then you have Paypal employees and PR people answering here saying to read your agreement that says they can cheat you out of your money. Once more info is available everybody should join the class action suit.

Like I believe that. You have Paypal employee or PR person written all over your answers. How many people have they decided to cheat and how much money are they making by this action. My guess is thousands of dollars a day in intrest and the free use of our money. Why does this decision need to be secret if it is above aboard they should be more then willing to make the reason open to any person that asks for a specific reason in their case. They will not because there is no good reason except to cheat their customers and make thousands of dollars for free by holding their customers money for no good reason

Let me guess you work for Paypal and are covering their **bleep** so they can make money at the expense of their customers. There is no reason to with hold my money with out a sound reason. I can understand if I did something wrong or even had some problem for for 7 years I have had zero problems 100% good feedback. So explain to me why I am being targeted. It comes down to Paypal cheating their good customers to make money off of their customers money for free.
