I know exactly how you feel. Me and my husband ordered some stuff off ebay i.e. an expensive coffee machine. We went through everything and i always check all the details before confirming payment. We had moved three years ago and hadn't used ebay since, so i changed all my personal addresses and deleted the old one. We were having the coffee machine delivered through a courier so we knew it would be safe, well it didn't turn up so we contacted the seller, and they gave me the link tha showed someone had signed for it. Well i was so upset, i looked at the order details and found it had been sent to my old address. This morning i went round there and even offered them money to get my parcel, unfortunatly some not very nice people have moved in there and they wil not give us our stuff back...saying it was never delivered!! I am stuck what to do next, surely as i have proof i could go to the police for opening and keeping my post...
