Hi, I recently transferred £30.00 into my pay pal account last week to buy something of that value. The £30 came out of my bank account as paypal funding £30 then another £30 came out has a paypal payment, so i have now paid £60.00 to paypal for something that cost me £30.00..the £60.00 as come out because it matches up with my bank statement. So basically i am just wondering if this is supposed to happen as it is not the first time pay pal has done it. Thankyou Becky
